Peterson Estate 6: The Great Dark Witch

One of my Beta Readers has begun sending me her comments about the story. Regardless of what the others say, she made some good comments recommending certain changes (or additions) to the story. So I've begun making those corrections and put Murder Through Time on hold. That was my plan, to begin with so it's all good. This book is scheduled to release by end of April or early May, haven't decided on an exact date yet. That will be coming soon though. I have two covers above. The one of the left is the most recent of my designs. Since there's a new MC in the story (this book only), I wanted the cover to be slightly different. I thought the lightning was a nice touch. John (the Great Dark Witch) uses lightning to cast fear in the people. Of course, it's not necessary with his demeanor.

In this story, I needed to reveal just how strong John is in order to show how strong Emily is. I mean this man was able to destroy an elemental god. That's a strong power. If he can do that, it must mean Emily is beyond strong! That's a powerful witch! I knew she was strong lol. And he's the opposite of her. But even though he is mean, ruthless, and without mercy; he still has the power of love. Yes, he loves. But it won't save him, he's beyond that now. But that's the only spoiler alert I'm sharing since it's possible you've already read the 5th book. That was when he was introduced to the story. He is the true nemesis for Emily. She's in the 6th book as well, although it's not often and she's not the MC because it is his story. When I say his story, I mean his full story. I've shared what makes him evil, how he came to become the Great Dark Witch, and how his story ends. I've always been a believer that good always wins over evil. It ain't easy though.

So, on a happy note; today is Valentine's Day! Happy love day to all of you!! I woke up early this morning so I had a little time to spare to talk to you. I hope today is a good one for you. I'll be spending time with my daughter and granddaughter (my little Honey Bunny). I may not be able to work on edits today which is fine, I've got plenty of time to get the book just right. Don't forget about Fairytale's Truth being released on February 27th! As the day slowly approaches, the excitement grows. I hope I'll be able to handle the day when it arrives lol. If you see my jumping around, just tell me to calm down lol. That has helped from time to time! Speaking of time lol. Murder Through Time hit another twist, which I'm excited about. The characters are stuck at the mall. Don't ask lol. Anyway, they have changed their identities as they are running, and fighting. I went on a break to figure out their next move (rather, wait for them to share it with me) and then I heard back from my Beta so as the idea churns in my mind, I'll be editing lol. I love it when I have to put something on hold lol. Don't worry, if it comes to me I'll be writing it down which I do have a hint of an idea of what it will be lol. I don't want to spoil two books so I'm going to quit while I'm ahead. I'll talk to you later! Have a great Valentine's Day and see you later!
