Newsletters

Newsletters are a great way to keep an eye on your favorite author. Some don't use them while others do. It takes time to build each issue and just like writing a book, a lot of heart goes into those issues. I can't speak for other authors but for me, I enjoy the issues and I do them myself. I don't have an assistant who can aid me in my projects. I don't have someone researching my ideas. I don't have the luxury of a designer who can put together a beautiful cover that will make you cry. I do everything on my own. So while it may take me longer to get where I'm going, my stories are no less special than the next author's stories.  As you ride along with my on my journey, I will share updates so you can see how I'm getting through these challenges of wearing all the hats that I do. My struggles don't have to be your struggles. You can learn from my mistakes. And hopefully, I'll get to the top of that mountain, and you'll be able to say I knew

Progress on Stolen

As you already know, I'm writing my next book which is a Suspense/Thriller. Benjamin was abused his entire life by his mother, physically abused. Then on her death bed, she leaves another hurtful blow--he was adopted. Benjamin sets out to find his birth parents only to find out his mother has passed but the detective did learn that he had a brother. What Benjamin doesn't know is that his brother is a twin. When he sees him for the first time, it sets him off. The turned killer, Benjamin sets out to take over his brother's life. Will he be caught? Will Molly learn the truth before it's too late? Here's my progress on the story so far. I'm planning on 60K which could end up being more or less, it's just a goal at this point. I have written 18K so far so I still have a ways to go. I changed my deadline to July 1, 2020, which will give me another 30 days to finish writing this book. Once this book is finished, I'll be editing it so it would be changed from t
