NaNoWriMo Plans

This is the working cover for the book I am writing at the moment. It is also the book that I'll be working on for NaNoWriMo which is National Novel Writing Month. During November, I'll be finishing the rough draft for the story with a special meaning behind it.

Backstory.....My granddaughter has a special ability. She can light up any room, make you feel good, and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. And I know a lot of people. She's been through a lot so I decided to turn her into a character and write a story with her being the MC. Now meet Maria, a little cutie in her own right. She has a pacemaker, she's 10, and she just accidentally met Nemoy, a garden gnome who wasn't supposed to be seen by humans. It wasn't his fault, Maria made him sneeze...

More about the story later lol. As I mentioned, I am participating in the NaNoWriMo this year which begins on November 1, 2020. I'm already 48K into the story which means I'm reaching the end of the story and that's okay because I have plans lol. I'm going to continue to write the novel until it is finished. During my writing, I noticed there are holes in the story that need more details here and there so I will go back and work on those areas, improving the already great story. I've had a few "awww" moments in the story that have to stay lol. Once that is done, I'll put the story aside and begin writing Peterson Estate 6: The Great Dark Witch.

Once NaNo is finished on December 1, I'll go back to Fairytale's Truth and officially begin editing to get back on track. I'm actually ahead of schedule so everything is good. When I am happy with the edits, I'll send it out to Beta readers to look over and then back to editing. While they are reading the story, I'll go back to Peterson Estate and write that so it can get ahead of schedule lol.

I'm planning on releasing Fairytale's Truth on Feb 27, 2021. And Peterson Estate will be released sometime during the summer of 2021. After that book is written, I'll write Murder Through Time which is going to be an exciting story for me because I came up with that story back in 2001 so it's due. I have a long list of books waiting to be written lol. And the list grows constantly. So that's my plans for November and beyond. For now anyway!
