A New Project (not writing)

I'm not just a writer, in case you haven't noticed. One of the pastimes that keeps me busy is crocheting. I don't normally make blankets but I wanted to make each of my grandchildren one to have. One when they are born and one when they get older for their beds. This one is just a part of one I'm making for Emily who is due in May. She's my fourth grandchild. Once I found out the gender, I bought the yarn for it. I am trying something new for her. I made one block, then joining it to another block in the same pattern. This is as far as I've gotten so far but there are 4 blocks total to represent 4 grandchildren. I'll be taking another picture once it's all done and include it for one of my newsletters. I do that from time-to-time lol. I enjoy making clothes and will be getting back to doing that eventually lol. Right now, I'm just enjoying doing the "grandma" thing. Or should I say, "Nana" as I'm called!

Grandchild #3 is almost here. She was due on Valentine's day but she hasn't arrived yet. Jessica is being stubborn. My daughter's DR said if she hasn't arrived by Friday, next week, he would induce her labor so we are all getting excited for her and the baby. I can't wait to have her in my arms! I've been talking to her every time I see her (when Mama visits lol). Yes, I talk to her belly. She's got to know her Nana's voice! I know I'm weird. I talked to my children when they were in my belly. So it makes sense to talk to their children when they are in their bellies lol. I got to keep it going!!

  Link to Website I have many new changes to report. I have fully updated my website. The link is above. This is a screenshot of the top of the homepage. The top section will be changed when I am closer to releasing each new book when I have pre-orders available. So that's pretty cool. I have added a few new things to the site. I decided to check out other authors' pages and was inspired by one of my favorite authors, Stephen King. Of course, I don't have nearly as many books as he does so my pages are different but the ideas for design and some of the information were inspired by what was on his site.
